May 2010 Dear Parishioners, Peace and all good things to you! This fall, we will be kicking off our year-long Parish Centennial Celebration. As part of our celebration, we are compiling a new parish pictorial directory. This directory will have many beautiful photos of our church, school and of course parishioners. Many new families have joined our faith community since our last pictorial Millennium Directory was published in 2000 and so we are looking forward to including all of our new members. So many of us see each other at Mass and our various parish activities throughout the year, but often it is difficult to put a name to the faces we recognize. A parish photo directory is a wonderful way to get to know each other and build a good sense of community here at St. Martin of Tours. As we undertake the preparation of this new edition, I sincerely encourage all of you to participate by having your photograph taken. We will do our very best to make the process as simple and easy as possible. Our directory committee has already begun photographing our parish organizations this spring and we appreciate all of your support and cooperation thus far. Now it is time to begin signing up for our parishioner portrait sessions to be held this summer. You will only have to come once for photography and portrait viewing (Fr. Mick Hall). The entire process will only take about one hour.
