Child Protection Workshops

All persons working with children (either paid or volunteer) are required by the Archdiocese to attend a child protection workshop and to be approved following the fingerprinting process.  Anyone who has lived out-of-state for a period of time, may also need to provide additional background information. 

If you would like to help out in our school or parish, please plan to participate in one of the workshops listed below. 

Fingerprinting has been completed at St. Martin’s; however, other locations offer this service.   Please allow at least three weeks from the time you are fingerprinted for approval to be granted.  Also, you may select up to three additional parishes or schools to be given this information.  For your convenience, sites offering fingerprinted are listed below.

        The following locations have been selected as permanent sites starting July 1, 2004.  Parishes noted with an “*” are able to electronically process both FBI and BCI reports.  Others will only be able to process the BCI reports.  To determine available dates and times, please call the site best suited to your needs.
