St. Martin Alumni Association

The Alumni Association is an organization of all graduates of Saint Martin of Tours School, established to maintain a lasting relationship between graduates and the school.

The Purpose of the alumni association is to:

• Emphasize the value of Catholic education
• Create goodwill for our school
• Help maintain social contacts among class members
• Aid in recruitment efforts
• Assist with fundraising programs and activities

Alumni News:

• On Sunday, March 30, at 11:30 a.m., we invite you and your guests to our Alumni Mass.  A reception will follow in Fr. Mick Hall (church basement).  Our Pastor, Fr. Terry Hamilton (Class of 1961) will be our Celebrant.  Please invite former classmates, relatives and friends who attended St. Martin of Tours Grade School for this opportunity to reminisce.

• St. Martin of Tours Classes of 1958, 1978 and 1993 are currently working on their upcoming reunions.  

Alumni Correspondence:

• Congratulations to St. Martin of Tours alumna Vicki (Hohnroth) Jenkins (Class of 1987) who was recently named “Big Sister of the Year” for 2007 by the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Cincinnati.  Vicki will officially accept her award a t a ceremony to be held in July.

•  St. Martin of Tours alumnus Jason Bedel (Class of 1987) will be ordained to the priesthood on Saturday, May 17, at St. Peter in Chains Cathedral.  Jason will celebrate his first mass at St. Martin on Sunday, May 18 at 11:30 a.m. 

• Congratulations to St. Martin of Tours alumna Madeline Broerman (Class of 2002) who has recently been named a Fredin Scholar at Xavier University.  This scholarship will allow Madeline to spend her 2009 Spring Semester in Paris, France.  Madeline will live with a host family and study at the Sorbonne (University of Paris).
